Day 5 - wow, it is going fast, I think I have kept the count straight.
Official weigh in day, always on Mondays for me, always first thing in the morning. I did lose 8lbs since going back on plan, that is good. I know it is mostly water weight but it is always a good boost to have a good first week.
Eating and water are good, it has been raining here and I did not sleep well, nothing to do with healthy eating, everything to do with a neighbor car alarms going off in the middle of the night. I am a very, very light sleeper.
I am trying to gear myself up for an evening workout, maybe just bring a DVD in my room and workout without the dogs or kids tonight. My legs are definitely sore from Saturday, but that is good!
