Day 3 - Felt a lot better today, even without a lot of sleep. I think the headache medicine kept me awake during the night. I hope to sleep better tonight.
Keeping up with my food and water, again, not a problem. I was super hungry last night around midnight, I know it is my body adjusting to the new eating habits. But it was tough for a while, I think this contributed to my lack of sleep.
Felt good enough today that I took a 30 minute walk on my treadmill. Now I hate treadmills, they are just so boring. And mine faces out a window with a wonderful view of the cinder block wall. I can't move it to where I can see a TV and I can't read while walking. So I am just making myself keep going while listening to my iPod. It is just I get very bored very quickly, it seems a waste of time to be just walking.
Anyway, lesson of the day, dancing while on my treadmill may not be the smartest idea. I was swinging my arms to "Bad Day" by REM and got my arm caught on part of my son's weight machine (which is right next to the treadmill), wrenched my shoulder and almost fell off! After I stopped laughing at myself I decided all arm swinging must be done in a forward motion from now on!
Honestly, I feel pretty good. Got a full 30 minutes in on the treadmill, I know I need 50-60 but I have to work my way up to that. In a couple of days when I add in my DVD workouts it will be better.

Day 3.5 - I did do one of my DVDs tonight. I like the Walk Away the Pounds when I am getting started. I find they have the perfect amount of cardio to get me a good workout. Poor dogs, they were so confused, first they stood right in front of my then they lay down on the floor like an audience. So helpful!
The kids both managed to be in the room to watch me, pet peeve of mine is people watching me. I try to do my workouts when they are at school or out or sleeping.Oh well!
Good on me, 2 half hour workouts that worked up a good sweat, sounds like I did my job today.
