Day 1 of healthy eating done. I am concentrating on living healthy, but I have at least 75lbs to lose, I don't think I can lose the 80 to get to my lowest adult weight. That was 10 years ago now and I just don't know if I can maintain it.
I am always surprised that working from home makes all of this so difficult. The structure of working in an office as well as access to only what I brought with me really kept me on track.
I am going to let my body adjust to the healthy living, and then I will add walking and exercise.#BobHarper is one of my favorites to workout with, so I look forward to doing his yoga workout as well as boot camp.
