Day 20-21 - Dec 27-28 2011

It has been a blah couple of days, I have not been great on food, missed a meal here and there and have not been inspired to cook. But I did shop and got some good stuff I am going to cook tomorrow so I will have a lot more prepared and in the fridge and freezer ready to grab and heat. I am going to make a type of shepherd's pie using ground turkey, mushrooms and mashed potatoes. I will measure the weight of the meat then cook just enough potatoes so I can divide it evenly into meals. Should be easy enough to wrap portions to freeze. I am thinking of adding green beans as well.

I also cheated, not bad no fast food but I had some chocolate and a cookie. At least I did not binge, just nibbled a bit. But tomorrow is another day, so I won't dwell on it. That is deadly for me, thinking "oh well I blew it might as well pig out". Nope, not going to do it, just going to move forward tomorrow.

So I have finished three weeks on plan, I am pretty happy with the results.
