Official Weigh in today - 1.5lb loss for the week, total 10.5lb loss since going on plan. I always like to do better, but I am not going to beat myself up over this, it is a loss I will take it.
Weird day, I was not in the mood to exercise and I didn't, but I will tomorrow. I had some cravings but I cut up the potatoes (4oz of baby red) into small pieces, baked in the microwave and then fried with about 1/2 tsp of butter. It really won't hurt my plan, the only thing I "splurged" on was the butter, and in that amount it is not going to affect me. What it did was give me a nice snack that filled that craving. There were also about 24 little pieces so it lasted longer than just baking the potatoes and eating them in a couple of bites.
Picked up some bananas to fill out my fruit for the next week or so, I like the little bit of variety and was getting tired of the pineapple. I also stuck to my list and did not pick up any extra items, that is a big challenge when you are having cravings and I was happy I did not cave.
So not a great day, but not a bad day.
